Workers’ Day: United Niger Delta Amnesty Delegate Network Commends Otuaro, PAP Leadership; Appreciates Key Niger Delta Stakeholders, Extends New Month Greetings
The United Niger Delta Amnesty Delegate Network has joined millions of Nigerians, especially people of the Niger Delta region, to celebrate the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, PhD, the management and staff of the Programme, and all hardworking Nigerians on the occasion of the 2026 Workers’ Day celebration.
The Network also used the opportunity to extend warm New Month felicitations to Nigerians at home and abroad, praying for peace, progress, and prosperity across the nation.
In a statement personally signed by the Chairman of the United Niger Delta Amnesty Delegate Network, Engineer Ebi Temile, the group described Workers’ Day as a special moment to honour dedicated leaders and public servants whose tireless efforts continue to transform lives and strengthen institutions.
According to the statement:

The Network noted that under Dr. Otuaro’s administration, the PAP has witnessed renewed progress through educational empowerment, scholarship opportunities, human capital development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic peacebuilding initiatives across the Niger Delta region.
