Engr. Ebi Temile Commends Tantita, Tompolo, Kestin Pondi, Matthew Tonlagha and Dennis Otuaro, Calls for Unity Among Amnesty Beneficiaries

The Chairman of the United Presidential Amnesty Forum, Engr. Ebi Temile, has lauded Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo (popularly known as Tompolo), Kestin Pondi, Matthew Tonlagha and the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, for their outstanding contributions to peace, security and human capital development in the Niger Delta region.
Speaking on recent developments within the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Engr. Temile expressed profound appreciation to the leadership of Tantita and the Presidential Amnesty Programme for their unwavering commitment to youth empowerment, educational advancement and sustainable peace in the region.
According to him, the efforts of High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, in promoting peace and stability across the Niger Delta cannot be overlooked. He noted that Tompolo has remained a strong advocate for the protection of critical national assets and has continued to champion initiatives aimed at fostering harmony and development among the people of the region.
Engr. Temile also commended Dr. Dennis Otuaro for his visionary leadership as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, particularly in the areas of scholarship awards, vocational training, skills acquisition and other empowerment programmes designed to improve the lives of beneficiaries.
He further acknowledged the immense contributions of Kestin Pondi and Matthew Tonlagha, describing them as critical stakeholders whose support for developmental initiatives has positively impacted countless youths in the Niger Delta.
The chairman appealed to leaders and beneficiaries of the first, second and third phases of the Presidential Amnesty Programme to put aside their grievances and unite in support of Dr. Dennis Otuaro and Tompolo in order to consolidate the gains already recorded in the region.
He urged all leaders to speak with their followers and encourage them to embrace dialogue and peaceful engagement rather than actions capable of disrupting ongoing programmes.
According to Engr. Temile, the current administration of the Presidential Amnesty Programme has recorded remarkable achievements in educational development, vocational training and scholarship opportunities, which should be protected and sustained through collective support and cooperation.
Speaking on the agitation for an upward review of the monthly stipends paid to beneficiaries, Engr. Temile called on all stakeholders to adopt dialogue as the preferred means of resolving differences.
He emphasized that all leaders from the first, second and third phases should come together and engage constructively with Dr. Dennis Otuaro to ensure that the ongoing scholarship programmes, overseas training and empowerment initiatives are not hindered.
He stressed that unity among stakeholders is essential to preserving the progress achieved so far under the current leadership of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
Engr. Temile also issued a strong warning to individuals using social media and other online platforms to accuse Tompolo and Dr. Dennis Otuaro without credible evidence.
He condemned the spread of unverified allegations and inflammatory statements capable of creating division and tension within the Niger Delta, insisting that anyone with genuine concerns should seek lawful and appropriate channels to address them.
“The Niger Delta has come a long way in its pursuit of peace and development. This is not the time for division, false accusations and unnecessary distractions. All leaders and beneficiaries must come together to protect the gains of the Amnesty Programme and support initiatives that promote progress and stability in the region,” he stated.
Engr. Temile reiterated his commitment to peace, unity and dialogue, expressing confidence that sustained cooperation among all stakeholders would further accelerate development and prosperity across the Niger Delta.
He concluded by urging all beneficiaries and leaders to place the collective interest of the region above personal grievances and work together to ensure the success of the Presidential Amnesty Programme and other developmental interventions.
